With over 20 years of experience defining strategy and driving transformation, Anshul Pande is a visionary technology leader with a passion for building scalable teams capable of leading digital innovation and driving exponential company growth. As SVP, Research and Development and now Executive Vice President & General Manager, HealthRules Payer, Anshul has an invaluable blend of expertise and deep knowledge of the digital and healthcare ecosystems. This knowledge has prepared him to drive large-scale transformations leveraging innovative solutions and digital technologies to position HealthEdge as an industry leader. Prior to HealthEdge, Anshul served as CTO & VP for Stanford Children’s Health, where he mobilized a team of 100+ staff to develop and implement a world class digital health and cloud adoption strategy. Prior to Stanford Children’s Health, Anshul directed a multi-year integration of health system IT which involved three mergers and acquisitions as the CTO & VP of ProMedica. Anshul is an expert in managing organizational change which improves efficiency and optimizes cost savings. At the start of his professional career, Anshul served a long tenure working for Epic across multiple progressively responsible roles. Most notably, he created the company’s direction for a rapidly growing technology team with 1600+ staff. Anshul’s professional background is complemented by his MS in Industrial & Systems Engineering and MS in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin Madison. He additionally holds a BE in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Delhi Institute of Technology.
